My wife and I have been extremely content in working with Monterey Bay Pools for the install of our pool. We live in another state and wanted to have the pool complete before moving into our new home in Rosharon. We were presented with some challenges by the HOA, but Doug did everything in his power to get everything in line and create a great experience up to this point. Monterey Bay Pools just started the process of installing our in-ground pool at our home. So far so good. We are shooting the gunite shell today. If I'm being honest, I didn't like the over the phone design process at first buuut when I saw the design and that it was exactly what I wanted the first time, I was convinced they know what they are doing. I can see the benefit and I loved the price of the pool. We are very excited to start the building!

Here is my five-star review for Monterey Bay Pools and Spas Having read numerous horror stories about pool projects from others, I was apprehensive, but our experience with Doug was outstanding, and I highly recommend this company to anyone with confidence. From the moment construction began his crew worked almost nonstop until the concrete was poured. We couldn't pass up their PRICE! Monterey Bay did a great job building our pool. It was completed in 5 weeks to be exact which was very impressive. If we came across an issue , Mike accommodated us very nicely and found a solution. Sorry guys, we change our minds a lot, what can I say? The construction of the pool was Super impressive. It came out beautiful with no issues. (Knock on wood.) Doug and his team did a great job and I would recommend them anytime.

Getting a new pool is a process and if I'm honest more than I expected. Happy to say that Doug with Monterey Bay Pools helped make it as smooth as possible! The work was done quickly and I know they tried to keep it as clean as possible. In the end I can say they were great to work with from start to finish. I love my pool!!! I definitely recommend them.
