Appointment with Dr. Hafsah Dean was excellent. Bright, intelligent, cogent explanations for my issue, along with clear instructions and follow up. We are lucky to have Dr. Dean in the Monterey Bay Area. Zero issues with making an appointment, or follow up appointment.
Dr. Strandridge-Folsom is terrific. She is very concerned and caring with her patients, and explains different options for treatment of specific problems.
I was not admitted for being 4 minutes late, after my reason for being late was their fault for not giving me the correct address. I didn’t receive a single apology, and the lady behind the counter was very rude and unhelpful when we called to ask for directions. Would not recommend
