I was not admitted for being 4 minutes late, after my reason for being late was their fault for not giving me the correct address. I didn’t receive a single apology, and the lady behind the counter was very rude and unhelpful when we called to ask for directions. Would not recommend
No stars Terrible communication, office staff is uncaring and take no responsibility for mistakes, no apologies Took weeks to get insurance approval office says, only to find out from insurance they had given approval weeks ago Made 50mile round trip drives to office and made copay only to be told insurance hadn’t approved
