The motel was fine. Really comfy bed but room was very basic. While we didn’t use the pool or hot tub it looked good. Our gripe was arrival. We arrived early and was told we would need to pay an additional $30 + taxes to get into our already available room and they did not have a bathroom for our use after a long road trip. I understand if the room was not available but to have the room already ready and not to provide a restroom and essentially either charge more or send your clients away to find restrooms is a little cheap... read more

Awful place. Black mold in our room left us with headaches, zero accommodation from staff. Charged for a king and given a queen. Mattress cover didn't fit and came off in the middle of the night leaving me to wake up on the soiled bare mattress- disgusting! Noisy street and intersection. Zero soundproofing between rooms, we could hear every step above us and every word spoken in adjacent rooms. There is no air conditioning or way to cool the rooms. Very poor for when it's hot.

Immediately upon entering, the room smelled like mildew. We figured we’d get the AC running and just deal for one night. No AC… we were so hot all night. The only windows you can open are where anyone could walk by and peek right in, or the back sliding glass door which didn’t feel secure to leave open. Plus the traffic noise was pretty loud even with the windows shut. Speaking of loud, there were kids screaming and yelling next door until at least 10 pm. The walls seemed paper thin.
