There is no air conditioning and no overhead fan. There is a tabletop fan located in the closet. If this is something you can deal with then the property is just fine. Not too far from Fisherman's Wharf, and a lovely park across the street. We arrived on a particularly warm day, so no AC is not ideal. Not much breeze when opening the window either. Had to leave the room until the evening.

Poor hospitality. My parents stayed here and the front desk was rude . Refused to use bathrooms when we came at 2pm and pay $35 for “early check in” Avoid and find other options.

Great location with nice park and pond across the street and the other direction goes into a park that leads to the bay. We walked over and had a sea lions swimming right there at the shore. Easy walk to Fishermans warf and lots of restaurants. The facility was clean and we were able to get adjoining rooms for traveling with our adult sons. Plenty of space, pool and hot tub were great and a beautiful outdoor space to relax. Perfect for Monterey Bay Area.

Rooms looked and smelled gross (like mildew) and didn’t have any air conditioning. On top of all this, the staff were super rude and the coffee was weak. I would say you get what you pay for, but we paid almost $400 a night for this.
