Andy is the best. I love how he never patronizes you but is willing to explain if needed. Very transparent with pricing and really makes sure you know what you're paying for. If you ask, he'll also let you know what really needs done now, versus what you might be able to put off a little if everything is too much money right now. Our grandfather found him many years ago, and we've all been coming to him for all our vehicles ever since! We haven't lived in San Jose for years now but we still come back.
Andy is proud of his place and works really hard to satisfy and appreciate his customers. Excellent work.
