Used to be good. Losing quality The new management has a poor system to manage the building. Everything used to be more personal. Now they have a central management deal with many things including booking an elevator. Have to email back and forth extremely inconvenient. Front desk kept changing and attitude getting poor also. Some front desk people rejected tenant letter without consultation. Some showed very poor manner towards tenant about to leave the building. All in all, used to be a nice building. Now losing its edge.

21 years and still going strong! It's hard to believe that I've lived in this apartment for 21 years. Having moved from Hoboken (yes, there is such a place), it was my first (and only) apartment in New York City. I was excited to move here.
