I am currently living at Monterey Apartments managed by Avenue Living, and my experience has been very positive. The management team is helpful, professional, and responsive whenever support is needed. Maintenance requests are handled on time, and the building environment is clean and well maintained. I truly appreciate the effort they put into keeping residents comfortable and safe. Thank you, Avenue Living, for providing great service and a pleasant living experience. Highly recommended!
Excellent Service.
There is no time management I have seen ever in past 1 year and because of that reason I am ending the lease. Also whenever we message to our property manager he never picks up the calls and whenever we call to the support team they told us that it will be resolve in next 3 days but it takes atleast 15 days and sometimes even months then we have to call back again.
