I had IPL facials here and it was such a lovely experience. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and my aesthetician made me feel completely cared for. My skin was brighter and more even afterwards. Truly a wonderful spa—highly recommend!

I walked into this spa after noticing their signboard about facial offers during my Saturday morning stroll. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. I have been going to Monterella Spa for many years and I always have a wonderful time. Iris is a tremendously kind and skilled professional and I always look forward to seeing her. All the other ladies (Edyta the founder, Edyta at the reception, Karolina, Natalia and Ji) are extremely sweet, kind and helpful. I especially love the calm and friendly atmosphere. Had my nails done by Javiera and absolutely love them, never had them looking this clean and taken care of. Her techniques are very precise and accurate, you can just tell she’s amazing at what she does, with every step of the process. Will definitely be coming back!!
