The facial itself was enjoyable and Amanda was kind during the appointment. I had purchased a Groupon, it said original price $120 and the sale price is $49.20. Her hydrafacial is listed on her website as an hour for $130. Any reasonable person would assume that she was offering her standard hydrafacial with a discount on Groupon. I got a Groupon for a facial and went to book my treatment they insisted I give them the redemption code when I was booking. However, I did not want my Groupon redeemed before my service so I reached out to Groupon and they told me that was not a correct policy and I should not provide my redemption code until I recieve the service. When I told them this, they told Groupon to cancel my order. Pretty disappointed in the service.

Booked a reservation for two facials, got a confirmation text with date and time just to drive an hour then be told the girl is not there and that they thought the appointment was for next day. Also very confusing to find the location due to no signage or instructions.
