I visited Dr. May for the first time, and I was very impressed with the entire experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. May took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. The fees were also very reasonable, which is always a plus. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this office to others.
If I could give this place zero star I would. Read the other reviews, they are taking advantage of the elderly! My father paid cash for his service upfront and the staff member named Mauricio ran his credit with Cherry Credit company and double charged and now my father is left with a debt that isn’t his! I will be filing a grievance with Medicare and Medi-Cal for overcharging for services. Stay away from this place unless you want to be double charged.
Great Dr’s actually took the time to walk me thru the procedure, I was so nervous but I did it. Also thank you yo the lady that explained the finances and treatment she was great and caring. This will definitely be my office from now on
This office is amazing Dr. May, Dr. Sunnee and the entire staff the girls are awesome. They all are caring the doctors explain stuff they make sure you understand what’s going on. They answer your specific questions they don’t brush you off. They don’t just give you something out of a book or something, they make sure you understand what it is that you need answers to.
