Dr Kristina Montellese is phenomenal. I went in with muscle tightness, and left with a new understanding of how to position myself for weight training, practiced to do at home, and a better understanding of my how my body worked. She is so professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. I can’t say enough.
I have been under her care since 2016 when my second child was born. Dr Kristina is beyond exceptional with her expertise to support your physical body to better alignment. I feel so much better when I wake up in the morning to get my day started. She is a miracle worker and highly recommend her for any of your physical needs.
