Mia is great! She does a great job at showing the property and its best light. She sells both the property and the community very effectively. She answered all my questions without hesitation and completely!
Just moved out from Montelena and wanted to provide a fair and real perspective for new interested tenants. I lived here for about 8 mnths while my husband did 11. As newly weds I loved my stay here! I was worried I would run into problems other apt complexes have like pest, stealing or bad admin service but I had NONE of that! Our experience here at montelena has been a roller coaster. It’s nice to live in these apartments but the customer service isn’t great. We had glue coming out of the vinyl floor and submitted a request several times because we have a daughter that was crawling everywhere and with glue coming out? Not safe at all. Maintenance would come and clean the glue and that just wasn’t enough, glue kept coming out.
