Если бы был отрицательный рейтинг в -5 звезд я бы поставил его Невозможно связаться с администрацией на протяжении 3 недель каждодневных звонков. Мы заказали сервис U-Box от U-Haul и в день когда его привезли то вдруг откуда не возьмись появился кто то из «офиса» и развернул машину с нашим боксом объяснив что по правилам (которые не прописаны в контракте и на сайте) это нельзя делать Сервис ужасный Автоответчик ужасный Ключ от ворот невозможно получить Общение с администрацией только и исключительно через письма под дверь!!!... read more

Hi. Living here for two years has been an absolute horror show. Let me be crystal clear: this place is a health disaster zone. I lived in The Montelena apartments for over a year, everything is old, every three months they raise the rent when you sign a contract for a year, the manager, a woman who does not help in any way and does not care about the tenants, she is never in the office during working hours, if something breaks, there is no one to turn to, or you have to wait an unknown amount of time!
