We took our BRAND NEW RV to Monteith Tire on Cassopolis St. in Elkhart on May 13 of this year. BRAND NEW. We wanted sturdier tires instead of the factory tires. They took our BRAND NEW tires, 6 of them and replaced them. In the process they managed to damage 4 of the 6 BRAND NEW tire sensors. Instead of being able to begin our journey with our BRAND NEW RV, we got the run-around. "It's a sensor issue, you need to go to Ford, we don't have the updated equipment". WHAT?? Helpful!!! I showed up with a nail on my tire 30min before they closed and they still helped me out. I always get oil changes and all my services here :)
Went in for a wheel alignment and tire rotation. Was done in time.
