Edit: found that the tire they repaired was reinstalled backwards when it was put back on my car by Lexus of Mishawaka during normal maintenance visit. Easy mistake, but not a small one. Two time customer here. I’m both visits I was a walk in customer with a tire in need of plugging. I was helped immediately and taken care of in less than an hour. They didn’t try to upsell me or offer me something I didn’t require. Good business.
It was a very nice experience. The nicest tire shop I've ever been in and the service was very fast and professional without the hassle of a over selling salesman. I'd recommend this shop over any other, try them and see.
Had a leaky valve stem and needed my tires rotated, I’m a disabled army veteran and they fixed my tire and did the rotation on the house. Living on disability in today’s economy can be stressful but you occasionally find people that are helpful and kind. I can’t thank the crew at Monteith tire on Cassopolis street enough for their generous service.
I’d only go here if you’ve got two hours to waste waiting on an oil change and alignment.
