I went there to get just a simple tire fixed nail in it Friday and waited for 1hr 30 min but I had to leave I told them to put the tire back in the truck and I’ll have to come back they told me come back Monday today been here since 10:30 am over and hr and half and still wasn’t done to get one tire patch and people got her after me and still left
I don't know what changed with Monteith but it was a really bad change and I hope they consider getting back into the tire business someday. I regret buying my tires from them and definitely will go elsewhere for my next set. I went in for an oil change and tire repair. I set the appointment a week ahead of time. They informed me on arrival that it would be a wait because all of their bays were already full at 8am despite my appointment. Fair enough, thankfully I had time to wait that day. I don’t take my car anywhere else. Rick and the team are always courteous and knowledgeable. The communicate what needs to be done and don’t try to tack on extras.
