Friendly people This complex was very friendly. The complex is also very clean and well taken care of. The rent is very reasonable, although the pet fee is kind of high.
RecommendedI'm a resident at the Montego Apartments, I must say I really feel at home here and very safe. I credit the Office Staff and the Maintenance guys that do quality work at a timely manner. I have not lived anywhere else where I rented a home to be as clean as where I live now at the Montego Apts. The swimming pools are very clean and always kept up. I have had no problems since our new office staff. They are wonderful about responding immediately, they listen then speak I especially appreciate that good quality in good managem... read more
