This firm is very good about selling their services but does not follow through without constant reminders. They took over $14K up front to fill out forms to get an elderly person on Medicaid. They took so long and did not let us review the forms prior to sending. I uploaded all of the docs to their site but they lost them so I had to email then I had to sit on the phone telling them every detail as they filled out the forms. I can't imagine how anyone would be satisfied with this firm. We needed help filling out a medicaid form for my mom. They spent an hour on the phone with us selling their services and telling us how good they are. Wrong! They charged $14,500 for this service and we paid $11K up front but they kept dunning us for the other $3500 even before they did anything for us.
