If you are a person of color avoid going here!! They make you feel extremely uncomfortable for doing routine checkups and getting tested. I heard how they spoke to BLACK nurses in front of me. Please do better Montefiore!
Drove all the way to this place just for them to let me know that the nurse is not here and that I have to come back at a different time. They'll also send your samples to the wrong lab so make sure you're on top of that because they don't care. I'm expecting a bill of thousands of dollars now!! The price estimate phone line does not work. The billing department only knows how to troubleshoot bills when it's already too late. Worst hospital. Don't go to Montefiore!!
