I arrived at the ED around 4pm. It was about 4 people in the waiting area. I waited less than 10 mins before i got triaged. They took me in the back a nurse came and asked me 2 questions without introducing herself and told me I was going for x-ray. Waited an 1.5hrs before she came back and asked me to pee. Shortly after that X-ray came. I'm still waiting for my results 2hrs later.
On 31 Oct 2024,my daughter was there for medical Emergency at midnight.They give me a dirty bed in noisy room to stay with my daughter 5 hours. And nobody ask me what we feeling.And when I am so thirsty,I eave the room looking for a cup of water. The nurse yelling at me not leave me baby. My baby is sleep , I was hold her sitting there for 3 hours .After 5 hours, wait for the paperwork to leave.The nurse is waste time to give me and make me wait longer. Finally, I spend 6 hours there.
