Waste of time. I was told its a Hippa violation to inform you that they do not provide a service, after waiting and speaking to the "care" team. However, you can be asked personal health information next to other patients in the hallway. Bloodwork and vitals are also done in the hallway.

Horrible experience all due to an unprofessional PA. I went to Montefiore with severe hand pain unable to move without pain, the women who checked me in and took my vitals were extremely nice and caring. However, once I was being evaluated by the PA Tehreema Elahi that all I changed. First, I chose Montefiore because I have been there before and was always treated with respect and care.
