Terrible general info. operater service. You call when they finally pick up they veru quickly say - "please hold" and leave you on hold forever. I guess they just want you to hang up & go away... Horrible! Unfortunately, you can't give less then one start which is what they truly deserve!!
They need to do something about the telephone operator. When you call to speak to someone, especially "patient information" or customer services, they do even, pick up and say "please hold" then transfer you without even telling you they were transfer you. Then the people they transfer you to does the same thing. Unbelievable. It's almost like its the culture there.
My mother died in this hospital because the did not stich her up all the way after surgery. Then when they realized that was the problem they said it was to late we need to pull the plug. I suggest nobody take they love one there. I lost my world behind this hospital.
