Really nice office 10/10. Everyone’s friendly, customer service is amazing, and the doctors/nurses/general staff are very kind and professional. The reviews are old and the new team is a lot better; it’s been like that for a couple of years now. Likewise, my face looks super clear after Accutane!!
I’ve been coming here for 4 years and today I had the worse telephone encounter with the secretary of the dermatologist office. Besides her attitude and lack of empathy, she spoke down to me because my (3) messages from a week ago did not get properly delivered by the secretary to the doctor and it’s been a week.
