Very poor time management. Floor 2 could care less if you have a scheduled appointment, they'll see you 30 minutes AFTER the scheduled time, pushing you back on your infusions, yet claim it's to "take care of other patients". The least they can do is not pile everyone and their mother on one day and then complain jowls busy it is. My mother is a stage 4 cancer patient, we rely on transport and we cannot afford to miss it due to their horrible time management. My wife had an appointment for the first ultra sound scan today and to put it in simple words the tech bursted our bubble of happiness. My wife and I were talking amongst ourselves about delivery of our child and just small future plans and the tech rudely budged into our conversation and said how about we just focus on making it to 12 weeks in a negative tone.
