I can't get appointment for months to see my Dr J Bananno is one of the best Doctors they have. Receptionist never pick up the phone. I left a message and never got a call back. So Montefiore you need to improve on you job.
Facility was clean, front desk staff was respectful and helpful. Our visit was fast we waited about 10 mins for my baby’s appointment with Dr. Tzavaras. I was pleasantly surprised after reading the past reviews. Was happy with our first visit.
I loveeeee Dr.Tzavaras but it is extremely frustrating trying to call the office. All calls go through a call center they ask you 100 questions and say someone will call you back from the office and they sent a message. This is for simple questions from a recent visit, or scheduling an appointment. I’m to the point I’m thinking of changing drs just because of this. They need to fix their call settings and get peoele to answer the phone whom actually work there, please !
