Rude front desk statt! Long wait. They don’t care if the patient feels sick. So tired of all the bad experiences for the past 3 years.
first time coming here the check in was quick and easy but i was sitting in a room almost an hour before being seen by the doctor . i was actually surprised how quick i got called into a room and got checked in but sitting in a office for almost an hour for a 10 minute check up is terrible im going to need the director or the manager of this facility to contact me because this is JUST UNACCEPTABLE!
I went to an appointment for my 8 month old baby. I refused for them to provide the Vaccine since i missed the 6 month f/u due to him being sick. My personal reason for refusal and Doctor Mercia Berman- Billing got extremely frustrated that her leg started to shake, she started to say things like “Well i hope your baby don’t get sick, and he is a beautiful baby” started talking about an Amish family that got sick and got a disease and died. “Let’s pray God protect him” Ms. Berman was very unprofessional and when I told her I... read more
I can't get appointment for months to see my Dr J Bananno is one of the best Doctors they have. Receptionist never pick up the phone. I left a message and never got a call back. So Montefiore you need to improve on you job.
