a medicaid worker told the other worker it's 5 o'clock somewhere at 10:00 am... is this what all the workers do in montefiore? I've never heard a hospital worker brag about drinking alcohol infront of patients before, this hospital os one of the best in the Bronx and this behavior is unacceptable.
For 20 yrs in this facilities now I've to switch doctor n dentist for my kids n myself,after pandemic this place r worst...My daughter has an issues of allergies or something the supervisor told me on the phone why I bother to ask for referral ...adult doctor always cancel my appointment till I got fromA1C of 5.6 to 7 coz I need a lab test n medicines...I don't recommend this place they don't care....last year 2024 I got cancer need some referrals for 2nd opinion or to book for oncologist took like a month for appointment,th... read more
I had such a great experience at this clinic, and honestly I was surprised to see the low ratings online because my visit went really well. I arrived about 15 minutes early for my appointment, and within 5 minutes of waiting I was called in. The lady at the front desk greeted me with a smile and was very friendly. The worst Montefiore office and I exist. My son had an appointment in the am. Everyone was getting called except him after the waiting room being empty I decided to get up and ask what was going on. nurses rude and miserable. One of them decided to call him mean while everyone was being called. After being in the back the doctor never showed up and let my son walk out without even noticing disgusting behavior. He had his appointment like everyone else and he was discriminated for being dark.
Montefiore GYN clinic is a total failure!! My daughter was diagnosed in January with ademomyosis and endometrium. She has polyps in her ovaries that cause her periods to be accompanied with very heavy, scary heavy bleeding and excruciating pain. She has gone to the emergency room at least three times since then where they administer morphine and then send her home with ibuprofen.
