The front desk staff at the location is grossly incompetent. Telling them your symptoms and that you’re asthmatic and a diabetic and you have a nagging persistent issue goes over their heads. They put you off for a week and then schedule an appointment another week later. Keep you in hold for over 30 minutes and then come to the line and “accidentally” hang up on you.
