I’ve been going to this clinic since I was young I am now 33 years old! Idk what happened but this places is now terrible!!! These doctors have no care in the world for their patients.. the past two and a half years have been hell with all Monti offices that I been to!! The place appears very clean but the wait time is absolutely ridiculous! I had to wait almost an hour just to be triaged. My appointment was at 11:40am and I didn’t get called to the back until 12:20… still no sign of the doctor. My appointment is for troubled breathing and fatigue. Not one person even checked in to tell me the doctor is being held up. Definitely changing clinics.
It seems I will be separating myself from montefiore very soon. I've already left my behavioral clinic for poor treatment. I need a document so that my son and I can move into a home, and I can't even get into contact with the clinic to see if it's done! You can't send them messages on my chart, and the phones go straight to VM. Whoever is managing these clinics needs to do better. As someone who works in healthcare, I've worked with clinics with real structure, montefiore does not have real structure.
