Neurologist department room 220 worse front desk people ever , was calling them to tell them we was being 5 mins late for a appointment but they have this policy where there is No one at the front desk from 12:30-130pm and when we get there the lady at the front desk said we put you down as no call , no show , when no one was at the desk to answer !!! Then the doctor was at lunch since 1pm how do u book an appointment at 1pm but the doctor goes to lunch at 1pm , make it make sense !!! These ppl here are rude and have no type... read more
They never answer the phones, very frustrating.
THE WORST!! Receptionists are rude and have the worst manners, dont even think thay have any. Avoid, no wonder all the good staff leave
Horrible place they leave you on a bed in the away with a bag water connected to your arm they don't care about you they just want there chicken over rice terrible doctors and nurses
