My kids had a great doctor at another Montefiore location but the office was horribly managed and I had not choice to look for another location. This office had immediate availability which I needed. The doctor was nice and the staff seemed nice as well. They have been prompt with responding to my requests. A nurse was a bit "whatever" when I asked if my son would have an issue with the 2nd covid shot after the vaccine she was about to give him. Like the doctors, staffs are not nice at all, almost every day with an attitude, they will make you wait for ever. Never do a walk in. I can see they get annoyed and just because you walk in they will make you wait. Good luck
