Be careful at this place. They’re going to replace the staff with robots very soon !! They are literally firing nurses to make room for robots! These companies claim they care about patients, but it’s really about the money and you know it!

Tbh the place is lower than a 1 star. They are horrible. do not send anyone yk there. the facility is dirty and not well kept. and the rns and cnas get paid to do little to nothing all day. they don’t care about the patients. don’t send your ppl there and u don’t even go yourself. all luv tho🙏🏾

Went to the ER due to allergic reaction to medication...Seen by Sioban M Mcgee and Brandon L Williams did NOT properly document my reason for being there. Did not document my allergies in my chart to reflect the medication I was allergic to. Sent me home with a pill that DID NOT WORK. Symptoms persisted lomg after to the point where I called the ER to complain, spoke to Dr. Pooja Sheth who said she couldn't do anything and didnt know who I would have to talk to for a resolution. Como familiar de una paciente, esperaba que Montefiore Wakefield ofreciera no solo buena atención médica, sino también comunicación, empatía y respeto.
