The most useless hospital in the world. Id rather just die than have to come to this hospital.
Had My 85 year old mother in the hospital, the Nursing staff was terrible, and they have a Magnet Rating (the only one in the Bronx) they allowed for wonderers to walk the Corridors and endanger other Patients and visitors, when you complain the staff uses key words like Recording with Security to try to have families removed from Patients rooms, Violating patients Bill of Rights, security made threats, intimidation and retaliation against families even calling police, but Hospital Administrators Supervisor was professional ... read more
I had knee surgery on September 22 and I want to thank Dr. Kim the greatest surgeon. It went so well. I was so scared but he and his staff put me at ease. Thank you also to the Director of Patient Experience Yolanda Edward’s-Daindridge.
