Came to the Montefiore Medical Center Wakefield location yesterday for a procedure. Everything went relatively well in terms of the help of the nursing staff and technicians. The problem was the long wait to actually have the procedure done. I arrived at 12:40 pm and my procedure didn’t actually begin until 2:30pm. In the meantime my daughter who was the designated person to escort me home sat in the lobby for hours. It was 19 degrees outside and it had to be no more than 25 degrees in the lobby!
