I am extremely disappointed with the level of care and professionalism at this oncology infusion center. Patients who are already facing one of the most difficult journeys of their lives should not have to endure hours of waiting for treatment with little communication or consideration for their time. The long wait times appear to be a recurring issue, and the management seems either unwilling or unable to address it effectively. Dr Hormigo is unprofessional and commits billing fraud. The billing department is unresponsive. It has been 4 months. Do not go here unless you want to get poor treatment and go bankrupt because of medical bills.

Nurses and Dr's (Dr Lin)are very compassionate. Front Desk is AMAZING! Melenie Garcia Needs a raise! She's very professional and very helpful. She's very attentive and really cares for her patients. This is my second run with this cancer, been to another cancer center and that one, did not make me feel like the Dr Tang and the staffs at Montefiore My first center I stopped going for my check up but that won't t happen again because of all of you, will all your kindness and encouraging words. Awe you all the best
