i have been calling every month and the take my name and number and i don't receive a call back. Montefiore wants the pt to call everyday to see if they have available appointments. what is the point of the operator taking you information when you never get a call back or get appointment. they give other number to call and its the same issue. what is the point of calling every week if its the same issue. i see Montefiore is not worth going people find a different dentist to go to.
Doctor Daniel Krichavets and Nurse Hrigela Dawkins treated me with such care and support. Doc Daniel was able too extract three teeth for me no issues. Awesome experience.
I came to this clinic because I did not like the policy of forced sedation at Centennial. Here they have respect for their patient’s wishes and do not mandate sedation leaving it up to you. Everything at Blondell is better. The skill and expertise of the residents under the supervision of Dr. Baskas is outstanding. The standards here run high. I had extensive oral surgery and implants beginning with Dr. Youssef, who was phenomenal. The rest of the team finished the procedure and I am very pleased and thankful to everyone her... read more
This is the best dentist I've been to so far in the Bronx ( Blondell Avenue). However for the last year and a half it has been extremely difficult to get an appointment. They have now set up some kind of waiting list system which has similar odds as the lottery, which is not working. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the difficulty in getting an appointment.
