This used to be a great clinic until last year now it’s horrible I need a new place to go to I can’t even get seen by a doctor nd I’m pregnant it’s sucks smh 🤦
I went there expecting this was a walk in clinic, but its not. Everything is by appt, and NOT ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS (as of this post 9/2024) Before Covid, things were different, then changed for the worst. Patients need a place to go in case of emergency instead of City MD

Me and my dad wait all day to get seen for my dad appointment therefore this is the worst medical center in the world and will never be good ever to go to and the wait is a all day wait definitely won’t ever recommend anyone in nyc or anywhere else to come here ever even if it’s your last option I wouldn’t go here also if you thinking of anyone refer you to go here do not go you way better off staying home and enjoy your day because this place is not the place to go to it will ruin your whole entire day also btw my dad been ... read more
Real nice people in the 5th floor, other floors absolutely not. Also if you come hear for an appointment, expect to be waiting for 4 hours minimum.
