The place is spectacular I love how they set it up I love the staff I love the experience of going to a new place but what sucks is when you have an appointment and you have to stand online for hours just so you can go to a later appointment and reschedule
The Service Is HORRIBLE And They Give You The Runaround To Get The Service That They Are Getting Paid For Us Another Company.
I swear this is a great hospital when it comes to the things they can do for their patients health wise - but THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION IN THIS HOSPITAL ESPECIALLY AT THE 1 FORDHAM PLAZA LOCATION IS ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS!!! THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES ! THEY NEVER HAVE YOUR FORMS READY AT ALL !! THEY HAVE TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION SKILLS !!! IT IS SO FREAKING FRUSTRATING !!
This used to be a great clinic until last year now it’s horrible I need a new place to go to I can’t even get seen by a doctor nd I’m pregnant it’s sucks smh 🤦
I went there expecting this was a walk in clinic, but its not. Everything is by appt, and NOT ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS (as of this post 9/2024) Before Covid, things were different, then changed for the worst. Patients need a place to go in case of emergency instead of City MD
