Worst service ever. Nurse that was sent was rude and didn't know how to talk to people. The agency they contracted for home attendant services didn't show up on time. Nothing worked with these people.
I received an inaudible message from someone from the agency. She mentioned about scheduling an nurse visit for my elderly mother who was discharged on Wednesday evening. I noted a telephone after repeatedly retrieving the inaudible message. What I understood 718-.......4439. I presumed it was 420. Left 2 messages to no avail. Resorted to calling the Montefiore home health administrative offices. I was given the number of the nurse scheduled to come tomorrow. I called and left a message. Very poor response. Terrible response time. Were not helpful at all in getting my elderly moms care started. If you have another choice go with them . This agency sucks.
My aunt was assigned to this place. Just horrible! No communications from the agency ipon her discharge. The nurse called and left a message. He never returned my call. He was off the next day. Still no call from the agency. I kept calling my aunt's medical insurance who helped connect, but it took alot of complaining on my part. The nurse finally arrived 3 days later, while puss is pouring out of her wound!!! Run, don't walk!!
