I called I was able to get a appointment with Dr. Bruneau. As soon as I walked in I was treated wth professionism and patience by the receptionist. She explained everything that I needed to do. Unfortunately, I do not remember the receptionists name. I was quickly seen and escorted by Kim, who was extremely professional, pleasant and let me know exactly what was going to happen. I was 16 days at Montefiore in the Bronx. Best Hospital in New York if not in the US. It’s hard to believe this place, Orthopedics in New Windsor NY, is an affiliate. I’ve been there twice now. Saw the 1st guy, he stood by the doorway the whole time. Took an X-ray said I had some arthritis in my shoulders told me to put an ice pack on it and gave me some paper work that showed exercises. However he did take the time to have them stapled. Not sure if I was charged for the staple. In and out and honestly spent less than 5 mins... read more
