Dr. Robinson was rude and in the end did not help me at all. Super disappointed. Part of his staff told me at one point “they didn’t have time to help me due to the overflow of patients.” They never even called to follow up with me, I found out the guy who was supposed to do that was fired, yet nobody took on his work load. I would like to get a big thanks to the medical assisting stuff in the front of the main entrance of this establishment. Both employees were so incredibly professional and nice as well as assisting with the obstacles that comes with medical Finding precertification, Referrals and any other in order to be able to make an appointment coming in. Great service!
I visited the office for an injury and had great experience! The staff scheduling my appointment were patient and professional. Check-in receptionist were great too. Imaging attendant was friendly and efficient. Dr. Shuran was attentive and great. Check-out secretary was very helpful! Note: I was there with a baby who needed my attention many times throughout and I felt very comfortable
These guys are not honest when it comes to billing. I went in for a foot related issue and was charged for over $900 for a walking boot. These boots retail for $100 online. I obviously did not go back and instead had all my future work done at HSS in the city. I’d rather pay the toll.
