I received outstanding service at the Airmont and West Nyack office for hip replacement surgery. I then received PT at their Motion Sports Medicine site in Stony Point NY. The surgeon Dr Arup Bhadra and PA Erica Napoli and all staff were extremely professional and knowledgeable. My care and safety were always their highest priority.
Dr. Robinson was rude and in the end did not help me at all. Super disappointed. Part of his staff told me at one point “they didn’t have time to help me due to the overflow of patients.” They never even called to follow up with me, I found out the guy who was supposed to do that was fired, yet nobody took on his work load. Super unorganized. I was able to talk to the manager but that’s not going to fix my neck pain. Doctors should make you feel taken care of. They shouldn’t make you feel lonely and all on your own. I would like to get a big thanks to the medical assisting stuff in the front of the main entrance of this establishment. Both employees were so incredibly professional and nice as well as assisting with the obstacles that comes with medical Finding precertification, Referrals and any other in order to be able to make an appointment coming in. I visited the office for an injury and had great experience! The staff scheduling my appointment were patient and professional. Check-in receptionist were great too. Imaging attendant was friendly and efficient. Dr. Shuran was attentive and great. Check-out secretary was very helpful! Note: I was there with a baby who needed my attention many times throughout and I felt very comfortable
