I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this clinic. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, expecting to be seen within a reasonable timeframe. Instead, I was told I would have to wait an additional 1 hour and 30 minutes before the doctor could see me. This is completely unacceptable and unfortunately, it’s not the first time this has happened. Tried to make an appointment with the cardiology department for my wife and it’s like to them they can care less about our loved ones. And so fast to just get off the phone just to go on with her day thanks for nothing

Estoy aquí con me mamá desde las 10:30 am, porque su cita era a las 11:00am y son las 1:00pm y aún no la atienden. Todo el que estaba y todo el que ha llegado ya se ha ido según ellos porque tenían cita más temprano, pero mi pregunta es si mi cita es a las 11:00am a que hora es que hay que llegar a este lugar?
