Last Friday, I met a really sweet, kind, and very efficient phlebotomist name Destinie in room 200. I am a VERY difficult stick and generally people try to take it from all areas of my hand (painfully) and never in the crook of my arm. What I love about Destinie is that she didn't try to use my arm like she was skewering meat and only prick my forearm once and it worked like a charm. Quick, easy, and then she was done. Clinic is nice, people are friendly but extremely hard to reach the doctors.. they never answer msg sent on the app or even when you call them. Horrible!
