"The absolute worst hospital experience of my life! Total lack of care and a complete disregard for people's time. I waited for more than five hours just for a simple urine test result that shouldn't take more than 15 minutes. It was driving me crazy. Horrible management, extreme delays, and zero professionalism. I would never recommend this place to anyone."
My experience with this medical facility was extremely unfortunate and deeply disappointing. The procedures were frustratingly slow and showed a complete lack of consideration for patients; I spent five hours waiting for the results of a simple lab test (urinalysis) that should have taken very little time. This situation reflects poor organization and a lack of proper oversight; therefore, I urge the hospital administration to improve both medical and administrative performance and to respect patients' time.
Good staff & clean environment!! Came early , gave me medicine fast and I was out the emergency fast ! Godbless all the workers 🙏🏼👍
The.worst emergency in NYS i wouldn't recommend to no one nurses are rude and the dont have any doctors at night have to wait for 18 hours
