I had a nice visit with Dr. Rinaldi which had to be in person, he seemed nice and thorough. Then it all went downhill. I have tried for over four months to schedule the procedures I’ve needed and they only ever have one day and time a month available total, with anyone. I don’t recommend this practice on any level. The call center folks aren’t friendly and the availability of providers is lacking. I’ve left two messages for the provider and haven’t heard back. Don’t come here. The visit itself was smooth, and Dr. Choe is nice, but WOW, the bill. I booked through ZocDoc for a routine check-up (20 min) in August 2025 and they ran a few lab tests on my urine. A few weeks later, I received a bill for $1000+ AFTER my insurance paid out $789. So they're billing ASTRONOMICAL amounts for a simple check-up and lab tests. I’ve never been billed this much for a gyno visit. Don’t come here unless you don’t mind paying $1000+ for a 20-minute visit...

Had an amazing visit with Dr.Choe . Really appreciate how patient, receptive and eager she was to help me. All the receptionists and assistants are kind and straightforward and facility is amazing.

I had an appointment this morning with Dr. Jennifer Chloe and everything went extremely well. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made me feel at ease right away. Dr. Chloe was very gentle, patient, and kind. She took the time to explain each step of the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. I truly appreciated her professionalism and warmth. I highly recommend her!
