While the doctors visit was fine. I would avoid them at all possible costs. I unfortunately went to this place before there were many google reviews but it is true. The billing department is terrible. Claiming wrong codes, sending bills after over a year later and charging significantly high prices for basic things. The back and forth I have experienced with my insurance and this company to correct their wrongdoings is disappointing to say the least. I don’t believe it fully addresses the seriousness of what occurred. This was not a minor inconvenience—it was a complete breakdown in your scheduling and coordination process. I was referred specifically to see a hand specialist, received confirmation calls, multiple emails, and reminders, completed all requested forms in advance, and made the effort to travel approximately 13 miles into Midtown Manhattan, arriving early as instructed. Dr Chloe is terrible. She almost didn’t even do the annual exam. I told her this exam is not fun she said it’s not fun for her too. She literally was ok dismissing the basic annual exam. She is not caring at all. She is also very rude. If you can’t handle doing the basic exam without traumatizing a person how can you further help anyone.
