Rude customer service Before i finished talking they just hung up on me This is 3rd time they did this to me And if u asked questions they get irritated
I've been waiting months to get my appointment. The day before, I still didn't get any call or letter or anything confirming my appointment. I call and go through their 1000 question robot to finally get to a human. She was able to confirm my appointment. Day of my appointment my father and I load up at 6am to make the 4 hour drive to them, 8 am they call me to say "something came up" and they have to cancel!!!... Made me go outsde the building and walk 5 miles around the corners corners to 3 more building
i just called this place to try and make an appointment but it was a rude lady on the phone who hung up on me before i even got the chance to ask her a question for help
