Every dentist office from montefiore is giving me an insane run around No appointments available Wait list , locations closing that I was previously a patient for . This office is claiming to ‘not be taking new patients’ … never realized it would be so hard to try to maintain oral hygiene . This is absurd .
Thank you Dr.Schafler for taking care of my father while his PCP is out of the country. Thank you for being an amazing doctor and going above and beyond. What an amazing doctor to handle things and follow back up personally. You are 1 of a kind. I 100% recommend and trust Montifiore with my father’s care.
They don’t deserve the one star as I tried more than 40 times to get someone on the phone for an appointment but no one answers. This place is a joke. System problems have been occurring since July 2025. It is now December 2025.
I am 75 years old and a long time patient of Dr. Gover. I am presently in florida and receiving care for a different ailment at Mayo Clinic. Dr. Gover was aware of my predicament and did not seem to be bothered by my arrangement and I would see her while in New York. Recently my medication provider told me that they were not receiving replies to their requests for my medication.
