Not going back. The women in the front desk were very rude and after 3 times of getting my paperwork for medical leave on my job, they just reeated me like I am not worth being treated in a respectful way, they suggested me to go get my surgery somewhere else. Poor customer care. Waste of time, now I have to find another Dr to perform the surgery in another hospital. I was not there asking for charity. I pay for it. This was in Dr Ferdinand Chan’s office.
