I’ve been bringing my kids to this clinic for over five years, and I’ve noticed some changes recently. The front desk staff has been especially helpful .the team is polite, patient, and attentive. There’s a newer young woman who sits on the far end a bit apart from the other two, and she stands out for how much effort she puts into assisting people, especially older patients. My only concerns are the slow follow-up from the nursing staff and that Dr. Shapiro doesn’t complete forms or paperwork as promptly as he used to. It w... read more
