The doctor was excellent! The staff made me feel safe and comfortable on my first visit. A+
I saw the doctor, she seemed nice and seemed like cared. When she saw I was seeing other providers, she decided she didn’t want to treat me because I can have another Dr treat me. I am seeing specialists for certain health problems but I had to wait a couple months for the appointment meanwhile I’m in and out of hospitals for my symptoms. Instead of treating me she wants me to wait months to see other specialists. I kept leaving voicemails but no one would call me back. I was trying to schedule an appointment for over a week, I had consistently been calling, waiting on hold and leaving voicemails. Eventually I got a hold of someone the next week, they scheduled me an appointment in 3 months, that said that would be the soonest appointment. I told my insurance and they had a representative call and they gave me a sooner appointment. Also they need to update their hours because it’s says they’re closed on Thursdays when they aren’t.
I always have a wonderful experience with this office. Dr. Jennifer is truly exceptional—she’s kind, attentive, and very knowledgeable. She takes her time to listen and makes you feel comfortable and cared for at every visit. The entire staff is just as amazing: friendly, professional, and always welcoming from the moment you walk in.
