I always have a wonderful experience with this office. Dr. Jennifer is truly exceptional—she’s kind, attentive, and very knowledgeable. She takes her time to listen and makes you feel comfortable and cared for at every visit. Amazing staff, friendly and very generous. I was having trouble filling out papers, and they took the time to be patient with me and actually explained the documents clearly for me. I love when clinics go out there way to help patients, you don't get alot of that now and days.
Trying to transition my son to Dr. Gonzalez. They requested all of his intake paperwork about 3 weeks ago and still no appointment. I've tried calling 2-3 times and no return phone calls. My son needs a referral to a specialist and this is very frustrating. Not good patient care.
