The worst shopping experience I have ever had in luxury stores. I have been to a lot of luxury stores before, and no salesman acted as rude and arrogant as this salesman, making me feel unwelcome. I don’t know his name but he should be a Chinese middle-age man who speaks Mandarin. My fiance and I went to this store in order to look for some betrothal jewelries. Horrible experience, I really felt it when someone else said they would rather set their money on fire before buying from this location. I agree as well. I also noticed that they very much racially classify you and gauge for spending. I walked in ready to commission a hefty ring and make no doubt I can afford it and their premiums but the way they spoke to me was beyond rude. I am referring to the older man who honestly made it very difficult for me to keep my cool.
Went in for some help regarding a timepiece purchased from Montecristo. Roger was very helpful and great to deal with. Go see him for any help you need with jewelry or timepieces!
The old man did not let me in But thank you for helping me save $10,000 by this wonderful customer service! I guess I'm too poor for this retail company.
