They sent me to collections after I moved out with no notice I had to pay anything. Left the apartment spotless and had scheduled move out inspection that they never showed to and never responded to our requests to get it done.
When we saw the apartment it didn’t have any visible issues. When we moved in the refrigerator was constantly leaking, there were cockroaches, and the air conditioner was not working in 110 degree heat. We left as soon as possible. They never fixed the fridge and when someone came to fix the air conditioner the ceiling cubby space was so nasty that tons of dust and dank mess fell on and stained the carpet. They made a huge mess and didn’t clean it. Worst apartment I have ever had by far.
Property management doesn't care about its tenants. I've had theft twice in the last 6 weeks and the regional managers response when I asked about security cameras was "that's just not going to happen. It's too expensive". Move in at your own risk. And if you do make sure your renters insurance covers all of your belongings.

The manager for the leasing office has been changing so no one knows what’s really going on. Complaints are just that. No one takes care of complaints or does anything to help the tenants. I have been dealing with black mold in my apartment for over 2 months and I’m not the only tenant experiencing this. I’m pretty sure it’s in the air of my apartment. Before moving me into another unit they want a $2500 fee that was just brought to my attention in may. Even when agreeing to pay the unfair amount they will not help me escape... read more
