They really lack a lot of responsibility and seriousness in the businesses they outsource.
Great neighborhood and supportive HOA, but HORRIBLE and very petty CDD. CDD made a rule that on-street parking is prohibited. We have a 4 BR house and, with 2 college-aged kids, we have 4 cars, but only have space for 2 cars in the driveway. I asked the CDD where we're supposed to park and I was told to park in the Clubhouse parking lot. I asked my sons to park there, and then the CDD had my son's car towed. It's so bad that we're seriously considering a move.
