Great apartments. Friendly and helpful management. They also host nice resident events. Excellent location! You can walk out of the gate and everything is right there (bars, restaurants, theater, shops).
Moved here from out of state and Montecito’s staff is outstanding. Rosa and Savannah in the office are great and maintenance has never been an issue. I would recommend this complex to anyone without hesitation.
Today I went into office to start an in-house and Savannah was so helpful in the process. Thank you Savannah!!
