Ever since the new company took over it’s been bad. Always issues when paying rent. System is down and need to pay by check or money order. Those cost money! Why am I paying extra?! Also maintenance website to submit work orders is also always down. To top it off we went a month without a bathroom fan because the new company wasn’t allowing orders or something. Ridiculous. Not to mention the constant issue with spiders which makes the balcony and backyard unusable.
Stopped by to tour the complex during the weekday. We were helped right away from Edith. She was super friendly and so helpful with answering any questions we had. Looking forward to the following months whenever we are ready to move
