Stopped by to tour the complex during the weekday. We were helped right away from Edith. She was super friendly and so helpful with answering any questions we had. Looking forward to the following months whenever we are ready to move
I scheduled an appointment with this place, received confirmation on the date of appointment but no body showed up. I called, texted, left voice mail and emails several times in the past 9 days, still haven't heard from them. And the funny thing is I keep receiving spam emails from them a couple times/week asking if I'm ready to connect with them for a tour, responded to the email and still haven't heard from them. Imagine when you move in and cannot find anyone when you have a problem.
Have been here for 3 months now and I can say with confidence Edith and the current management are very responsive and helpful. They go above and beyond and do little things to make sure you are taken care of and are happy at Montecito. I’ve had a great 3 months here. I find it very quiet compared to my old Essex building in San Jose. I’m a very light sleeper and I have no issues with noise here. Being a night nurse I have to sleep in the day time and it’s been no problem at all. Loving it here at Montecito.
Very disappointed with the new management. After moving out recently, they are trying to unfairly charge me the full cost for repainting everything despite staying in the apartment for close to 4x years. I shared documentation from California tenants law showing that I can only be charged for remaining useful life of the paint if any (useful life if paint is generally considered 2-3 years). Have to revamp the review so quickly as I’m astonished how responsive the Montecito management team was to my problems. They managed to get everything fixed in one day. I really do feel like they care about the people that live here.
