I applied for unit and the experience has been extremely disappointing. After submitting my application and paying a deposit, I was denied without being given any specific numbers or explanation of how my income was calculated. When I reached out for clarification, I received no response. On top of that, I have yet to receive my deposit refund, which I have had to follow up on myself with no reply. Montecito has been a great place to live (over 3 years) and the amenities are great. I have had a wonderful experience, especially due to Mirella (Sr. Assistant Community Manager). She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I have needed assistance.
The team works so hard to keep things running smoothly in our community. I appreciate all they do 😊
