Montecito has been a great place to live (over 3 years) and the amenities are great. I have had a wonderful experience, especially due to Mirella (Sr. Assistant Community Manager). She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I have needed assistance.
The team works so hard to keep things running smoothly in our community. I appreciate all they do 😊
Living in Montecito Carlsbad has been a pleasure. All of the office staff are just terrific, personable, and very helpful. Many thanks to Ingrid, Mirella, Destiny, Heather, and Ryan for making me feel so at home. Hugs. The upkeep on the apartments is first class. Maintenance is there when you need them. Hardly ever need them cuz everything works. As far as amenities go, the pool area is elegant and comfortable.
