Just moved in. The process was smooth and easy, Christina is the best. Super pleased with our apartment and the community. Look forward to years here at Montecito Pointe.

Had a viewing here the lady is very weird and rude. African American woman. Very weird vibes also tried to tell me “it’s going fast” that’s how they get you lol. The apartment and area looked great but does not seem kid friendly.
It's been about 3 weeks since moving in and I'm very happy with living here thus far. Christina is an amazing leasing agent and PM to have. She's very professional, incredibly friendly and very helpful. She was a large reason why we rented here. As for the property itself, my apartment was completely cleaned with everything working upon move in. Application and move in process was quick and easy. Over a decade ago I lived at this complex for a few years and I had a great experience with the property management team. Recently, I returned to the area and I moved back into the complex. While some of the facades have faded, the overall experience is still just as positive as before. The office staff has changed, and Christina has brought new life and a strong sense of family to the property. Her colleagues are amazing, stepping in whenever necessary.
